I pulled out the inks, stamps, and paper I wanted to use and set the stopwatch. I used craft punches for the flowers rather than my Cuttlebug to save time. I was almost finished when I decided it needed to be cut and mounted on a blank card base and that it needed pearls. I trimmed the panel, rounded the corners, dug out my pearls, stuck them on, and mounted the panel on the card base. Time: 8 minutes 32 seconds.
After making it I thought perhaps it would have looked better rotated the other direction. So I set the stop watch again and made a second card. This one went faster as I knew what I was doing. Time: 7 minutes 6 seconds.
This was fun. I didn't race around like a madwoman, either, which surprised me because I usually do race around like a madwoman. I forced myself to take my time and just see what happened. I'll definitely try this again. :)
Thanks for your visit.

So feminine and beautiful!
Oooh, Ann, BOTH are gorgeous! Love the clean, simple design and the soft, pretty pastels!
So pretty, Ann! Both work perfectly!
I really must try this dash myself... so my usual procrastinating over 2 to 3 days probably just won't cut it, lol! Your cards are sooo pretty and I can't believe that they came together so quickly!
They ARE both gorgeous! I might have the teensiest preference for the second one - that sweet spot sentiment calls to me :) I had completely forgotten to give this round a whirl, so thanks for the reminder :)
Both of these are so pretty! I really like those punched out flowers with the pearls!
I'm so glad you decided to play in the 10 Minute Craft Dash! I hope you'll join again in the future!
I love this card either direction, Ann! Scrummy, lovely cards, both of them! Well done on your first 10-minute card. Well done on taking way less than 10 minutes!
These are gorgeous, Ann! I'll definitely have to case them.
Brilliant. Amazing how the same card can look so different just by rotating the images. Well done on your timing. I too have seen this challenge on other blogs and thought no way!. Hugs Mrs A.
Very beautiful cards!!!
Gorgeous cards Ann! I am such a slow crafter too and getting worse!
xx
Great result Ann, it can take me a while to create cards although a 10 min craftroom clear up would be my biggest challenge at the moment!!!
A really pretty card.... Both orientations :0)
